This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for purchases made through Nexi Astro and related Nexi channels. It supplements our Terms and Conditions and any checkout-specific terms shown at the time of purchase.
1. Scope
This policy applies to digital subscriptions, in-app purchases, and physical products (such as gemstones or ritual kits) sold where Nexi Astro is the merchant of record. Third-party app stores may impose their own refund rules; where they conflict, the store’s rules may prevail for purchases processed through that store.
2. Digital services and subscriptions
- Cooling-off / trial periods — If we offer a free trial or money-back window, the duration and conditions will be stated at signup or in the product description.
- Renewals — Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges; fees already charged for the current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- Unused periods — Partial refunds for unused time are not guaranteed but may be considered for billing errors or service failures attributable to us.
3. Physical products
- Defective or damaged items — If your order arrives damaged or materially defective, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Wrong item — If we shipped the incorrect product, we will correct the order or refund the purchase price including reasonable return shipping where applicable.
- Change of mind — For eligible unopened items returned in original condition within the return window stated at purchase (typically fourteen (14) days from delivery where local law allows), we may offer a refund excluding original shipping and return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
4. Non-refundable items
Personalised or energetically prepared items, opened consumables, digital goods already delivered or accessed, and certain promotional bundles may be marked non-refundable at checkout. Statutory rights in your country may still apply.
5. How to request a refund
Email or message us through the contact method provided in your order confirmation or app settings. Include your order ID, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable business timeframe.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within five (5) to fourteen (14) business days, depending on banks and payment processors.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
